Hi! I'm Emma Hage, M. Ed. (pronounced “heg”, she/they).
I'm a higher education professional, project manager, and technology problem solver. My interests include effective digital communication, supporting students' digital skill development, and innovating technology solutions for educational processes. I've presented on digital literacy at NACADA regional and national conferences, and I'm a member of the steering committee for the Technology in Advising NACADA advising community.
I currently work as a program manager in the University of Cincinnati’s College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology. My background also includes experience as an academic advisor, learning center manager, and instructor. I proudly hold degrees from Ohio University (M. Ed. college student personnel) and the University of Minnesota (B.A. linguistics and teaching English as a second language). I've also completed certificates in instructional design and information technology.
Some non-work things that make me happy: cats, ice cream, dystopian coming-of-age novels, and the feeling after pilates class is over.
